Dr. A is a board-certified primary care physician at Precision Internal Medicine Care in Muskogee, Oklahoma. He has been serving the Muskogee community since 2016, providing comprehensive care with a focus on chronic disease management, acute illness treatment, and preventive health.
Dr. Almounajjed earned his Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Damascus in Syria, where he graduated with distinction and received a Certificate of Appreciation signed by the Dean. He completed a fellowship in Geriatric Medicine in Michigan, further advancing his expertise in the care of older adults and patients with complex medical conditions.
Certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine, Dr. Almounajjed is committed to evidence-based, patient-centered care. He is known for his compassionate approach and dedication to improving patient outcomes through thoughtful, personalized treatment plans.

Caysie Garza, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner at Precision Internal Medicine Care, where she provides high-quality, evidence-based care with a focus on chronic illness management, acute care treatment, and women’s health.
Mrs. Garza began her nursing career in 2008 as a registered nurse with the Oklahoma Board of Nursing. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Bacone College in 2010 and went on to complete her Master of Science in Nursing at the University of Oklahoma in 2015, specializing as a Family Nurse Practitioner.
In addition to her work in primary care, she brings valuable clinical experience in urology, enhancing her ability to manage a broad spectrum of patient needs. Throughout her career, Mrs. Garza has been recognized for her commitment to patient-centered care and her dedication to improving health outcomes. She is known for her professionalism, clinical competence, and genuine concern for her patients’ overall wellbeing.
